Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition. Because fit matters, please check our inch size chart before ordering.

To start a return, email hello@wearsuzumi.com with your order number. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method.
